As a new patient, we will ask you to complete a New Patient form before appointment where you can let us know why you're visiting the clinic.  We'll then expand on this in person during the initial part of your session.

 

No injury? No problem!  We can still help with maintenance for your body.

 

Assessment

A physical assessment will be made during your appointment which will help determine the best method of treatment for you.

Myofascial Dry Cupping

After your session has been completed, a personalised rehabilitation plan will be written and provided for you to complete.

 

This will include targeted exercises, mobilisations, or stretches to address injury or discomfort address in your treatment session.  

 

There will be accompanying instructions, images and videos for all movements prescribed, ensuring you can continue working towards your goals outside of clinic appointments.
