Physiotherapy

Consultation

Before visiting, we will ask you to complete a New Patient form before your appointment where you can let us know why you're visiting the clinic.  We'll then expand on this in person during the initial part of your session to focus in on the best way to help with your goal.

No injury? No problem!  We can still help improve range, performance and function through a targeted physiotherapy session.

Or see our sports massage service for a simple, restorative approach to your wellbeing.

Assessment

Initial assessment will aim to identify the cause of your symptoms.

A movement assessment will be undertaken to view range, strength and function both mechanically and neurologically.  The results of this will then allow appropriate treatments to be selected and used within your first appointment.

This hands-on, reactive approach to therapy is what sets us apart from others, and allows for best progress to be made in your performance or recovery.

Treatment

Through a combination of advice, hands-on treatment and exercise prescription, this is tailored towards your individual needs for the best possible results.

Treatments can include:

  • Exercise Prescription
  • Soft & Deep Tissue Therapy
  • Myofascial Dry Cupping
  • Percussive Therapy
  • Sports Massage
  • Myofascial Release
  • Trigger Point Therapy
  • Soft Tissue Release (STR)
  • Muscle Energy Techniques (MET)
